It has a unique takedown system, simply flip a finger lever, twist the receiver and barrel 90 degrees and separate the two parts in an instant. Reassembly takes only seconds. With a modern design including an aircraft-grade alloy receiver, glass-smooth rack and pinion system, and multi-lug rotating bolt it can easily handle anything up to most popular magnum cartridges.

A detachable box magazine protects bullet tips and allows it to fire the powerful game-dropping magnum cartridges. Includes low-profile adjustable sights with a TRUGLO/Marbles fiber optic front sight, as well as a drilled and tapped receiver for optics mounting. The wide, grooved trigger travels with the lever when cycling to prevent pinched fingers.

Features a two-position fold-down hammer, lightning fast action, a crowned muzzle, 4.5 lb trigger pull, deluxe recoil pad, and an American walnut, straight ’81 style stock. The stock has a satin laminate gray finish, and the rifle has checkering on both the pistol grip and the forearm.
