It happens; you need to return something. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right, so here is all we ask:
- Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase if you want to return a product. You don’t need your receipt, just fill out our Returns Form or call us at 308-203-1155. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the product excluding shipping and handling fees.
- For electronic items, please return them in new condition in the original packaging with all of the guts (parts, accessories, manuals, instructions etc.) within 30 days of your purchase. To return your electronic item after 30 days, it will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. We can certainly help you with this if needed.
- We cannot accept returns on Firearms, Black Powder Firearms, Ammo, Mouth Calls, Treestands or used gasoline-powered products.
- For repairs or defects, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Give us a call and we’ll work with you and the manufacturer to streamline the process.
