The Model 101, Winchesters legendary Over/Under from over 50 years ago, was not only known for its stylish look and smooth handling but for its unquestionable reliability. The folks at Winchester kept all the features that made these guns great and added some of the new designs and manufacturing techniques to put this series at the top of its class. Deep-relief receiver engraving mimics the originals, as does the luxuriously finished high-gloss grade II/III walnut complete with a vented Pachmayr Decelerator pad with classic white line spacer. Low profile action, with massively strong locking pins mean this shotgun will last and last. Chrome plated chambers and bores are highly resistant to wear and corrosion. Back-bored barrels provide optimum shot patterns that are dense and even. 20 lines-per-Inch cut checkering improve grip also adds artistic elegance to the walnut stock and forearm. Utilizes the Browning Invector Plus choke system.
