The Highby Outdoors family

Owner
The Man. The Myth. The Legend. The man, the myth, the legend. Matt built Highby Outdoors from the ground up. He’s got a lifetime of industry knowledge, a knack for business, and approximately 47 ideas going at any given time. If there’s a way to make something happen, he’ll find it. If there isn’t, give him five minutes.
Partner / Suppressor Director
The daughter, the brains, and occasionally the voice of reason (emphasis on occasionally). Elsa joined the family business with big plans, a fresh perspective, and absolutely no shortage of opinions. Elsa helps run Suppressor.com, turns big ideas into actual shit, and somehow manages to keep things moving while working alongside her dad.
Gun / Suppressor Wizard
Thomas is our resident gun nerd.... An M-class pistol shooter and our in-house gunsmith, he knows his way around firearms better than most people know their way around a grocery store. If it has a trigger, a thread pitch, or a problem nobody else can figure out, he’s probably already got an opinion about it. Equal parts skill, knowledge, and unsolicited gun facts.
Chief Purchaser
Jamee keeps things moving behind the scenes, making sure we have the gear, products, and inventory our customers are looking for. He helps keep the operation running smoothly and makes sure we have what we need to keep doing what we do best.
Shipping / Logistics Ops
Grady helps keep things moving behind the scenes, sorting through the daily bullshit and whatever logistical nightmare comes his way. He’s always ready to lend a hand, crack a joke, and occasionally be the reason everyone gets distracted. When he’s not handling business, he’s getting ready for his next chapter: welding on the pipeline. We’re enjoying having him around before he trades shipping boxes for a welding hood.
Shipping / Logistics Ops
Kellan helps keep the madness under control and somehow manages to make sense of the chaos we call logistics. He’s a talented shooter, a solid hand when things get hectic, and a guy with plans bigger than shipping boxes all day. He’s got his sights set on becoming a lineman, so we’re enjoying having him around before he trades our dangerous bullshit for more dangerous bullshit.
Shop Badass
Jeff is not only our shop badass, but a lover for the outdoors. He does everything and anything he’s put up to. (Including working weekends).
